CLM (Closed-Loop Marketing)
The core rep-delivered detailing format, a tablet presentation that tracks which screens an HCP was shown.
The core rep-delivered detailing format: a multi-screen, tablet-based presentation an HCP is walked through during a sales call, with the system tracking which screens were actually shown, which is what "closed-loop" refers to. Also called an interactive visual aid. CLM content is typically built to run directly inside a rep's existing tablet application rather than as a standalone file.
