ISI (Important Safety Information)
The safety summary a promotional pharma asset must carry alongside its benefit claims.
The condensed safety summary, contraindications, warnings, and common adverse reactions, that has to accompany promotional claims about a drug. Where it needs to appear and for how long (in video, how long it stays legible on screen) is one of the more specific, frequently-checked parts of an MLR review, and it's closely tied to fair balance: an ISI that's present but too brief to actually be read doesn't satisfy the requirement.
SwishX's regulatory ruleset, part of a brand's dossier, encodes ISI placement and duration requirements so generated assets are checked against them automatically. See Setting up a brand dossier.
