Detail Aid (Visual Aid)

The core asset a rep uses during an HCP call to walk through a product's clinical data.

A detail aid, also called a visual aid, is the core asset a rep uses during an HCP call to walk through a product's clinical data: the efficacy studies, the safety profile, and how it compares to alternatives, usually built as a fixed sequence of pages or screens. It's the original in-person detailing format, predating the tablet-based CLM presentations that now carry much of the same content digitally.

Because a detail aid walks an HCP through clinical claims in real time, every page has to survive MLR review intact, including keeping each scientific statement tied to its approved source. Within SwishX, this is the asset family the Magic Aid engine, one of the five Magic Engines, is built to produce, grounded in the same approved claims used across every other format.
